This opportunity is being offered on a 8 Month fixed term contract.

What is the role?

  • As a HR Business Support officer, you will provide administrative and an advisory HR service in line with Mirus policy, procedure, values and regulatory requirements.
  • You will act as a first point of contact on sickness, performance, contractual and probationary process queries.
  • You will Supports the HR team with specific HR project work and employee relations matters as needed.
  • You will be responsible for supporting all HR administration tasks such as managing the HR mailboxes, logging and resolving queries made to the department, employee record creation, HR information system maintenance ,ongoing employee information management and running reports.
  • You will work with the resourcing team to help onboard people safely into the business and in a timely manner.
  • You will support any employee relations cases by taking minutes and escalating complex matters as appropriate.

 

Who are we looking for? 

  • People who have an intermediate to advanced level of understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
  • People who want to broaden their knowledge and learn new things in the ever-evolving world of HR
  • People who have good planning and organisational skills
  • People who have experience running reports and working with data and insight.
  • People who have good communication and interpersonal skills, these are essential when you work in a HR team.
